Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team! This position is located in New York, Pennsylvania. Duties:
- Handle between 4 to 15 tickets per day
- Assist C-level executives in meetings, conference rooms, audio/visual, etc.
- Support both Mac and Windows users
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Associates degree required
- 2+ years of experience in the retail industry
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals
- Independently set up new machines, troubleshoot user issues
- Experience supporting both Mac and PC environments
- Basic knowledge of design apps like Adobe- being able to troubleshoot, not just a user

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
