Desktop Support Analyst Location: Feasterville, PA Full-Time | IT Department 5 Days On-site (Monday-Friday)| Travel Required Keeping Teams Connected. Empowering Technology. Supporting People.   • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues via walk-up, phone, or email
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and savvy questioning
  • Provide daily tech support to employees across laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software
  • Support LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and repair hardware and software
  • Document problems and resolutions to improve our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with IT peers to ensure smooth operations
  • Help train employees on best practices and tools
  • Support internal office moves and setups (PCs, phones, etc.)
  • Be part of a team that's on call as needed to keep things running seamlessly
What You BringEducation & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • 1-3 years' experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile technologies
  • Previous help desk or desktop support experience preferred
Preferred (But Not Required):
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience in enterprise environments or manufacturing support
Soft Skills:
  • Clear, confident communicator-both written and verbal
  • Great listener and collaborator
  • Self-starter with sharp organizational and time-management skills
  • Cool under pressure with a knack for prioritizing
Tech You'll Use
  • Microsoft Windows & Server OS
  • Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Active Directory & user access management
  • Remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
  • Mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers, basic networking gear
Additional Requirements
  • Occasional travel (domestic/international)
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when necessary
  • Available for 24/7 on-call support as scheduled
