We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the deployment, integration, and long-term support of desktop and network-based applications across both virtual and physical environments. This role is centered on enhancing reliability, performance, and availability, while ensuring software is leveraged effectively to improve end-user productivity and satisfaction.

• Design and manage Windows client systems, applying industry standards to create a robust and scalable desktop architecture.
• Evaluate, test, and validate new applications or updates to confirm stability and compatibility within the environment.
• Drive automation and optimization efforts to reduce downtime and streamline user access.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise for escalated issues related to desktop software and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tools and solutions that align with organizational needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that support business goals.

• Strong background in Microsoft Windows client platforms and application lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide application deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system stability and user experience.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to partner effectively with technical teams and business users.
