Qualifications you will need:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science.
- Relevant IT certification (A+, MCDS) or equivalent experience as a deskside support technician.
- Ability to work full-time on-site.
- At least 3 years of experience with computer hardware.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proven technical support and troubleshooting skills in an office environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform (Intune/Entra/Azure).
- Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- A curiosity that encourages innovation and facilitates growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing deskside support to staff, resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems promptly.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including computers, printers, and other office equipment.
- Collaborating with the Digital team to uphold security measures that protect sensitive data.
- Assisting with the setup and configuration of new workstations, ensuring proper network connections and software installations.
- Conducting regular maintenance and updates on office technology to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Training office staff on the effective use of technology and software applications to promote efficiency.
- Documenting and tracking technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
- Staying informed on the latest technology trends and continuously enhancing your technical skills and knowledge.
- Completing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Contributing to our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and making impactful differences for our customers.
