Role: Deskside Support Analyst at Jobs via Dice, for Robert Half's client. Territory covers the Cedar Rapids Iowa City Muscatine corridor (Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Muscatine, IA).

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA; Iowa City, IA; Muscatine, IA. Salary: $50,000$65,000 + full benefits + company car. Core business hours: Monday through Friday; no overnight travel.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or related IT roles. For candidates with a degree, 1+ year experience may be considered; for non-degree candidates, 3+ years are considered.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 10) and Server environments (Server 20032016); DNS, DHCP, LAN; routers and switches; desktop hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, networking hardware, and desktop imaging; familiarity with routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent customer service and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• All candidates are required to undergo a review process and maintain a valid driving record.
