• Develop innovative design concepts that reflect current fashion trends.
• Create sketches and seasonal presentations to showcase proposed designs.
• Collaborate with sourcing and materials development teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Participate in fit sessions, providing basic fit and body block information.
• Analyze fashion trends and adapt designs accordingly to meet market demands.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent sketching and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of fabric, color, and style trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital design tools and software.
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
