This entry-level Designer role is ideal for someone with a technical degree and a passion for the utility industry. You’ll support power distribution projects by updating and creating CAD-based drawings that ensure safe, cost-effective, and reliable service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.What You’ll Do:Use CAD software to prepare detailed drawings and project packagesSupport design for overhead and underground electrical distribution systemsInterpret blueprints, specs, and field dataCollaborate with engineers and field teamsLearn industry codes and standards while building a career from the ground upWhat We’re Looking For:BSME, BSMET, BSEE, BSEET or related engineering degree (Associate’s accepted with 2+ years of CAD experience)Basic AutoCAD skillsStrong communication and dependabilityA genuine interest in a long-term utility careerJob Details:Pay: $24–$26/hr (40 hrs/week, minimal OT)Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (Hybrid after office opens)Location: Work-from-home to start, then onsite in SharonvilleTerm: 6-month contract-to-hireExtras: Laptop & equipment provided, casual attire, low travelThis is your chance to get in on the ground floor with a company built by industry veterans and poised for growth.
