OPPORTUNITIES We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our ever-growing Capital Markets Team. ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES
- Design real estate transaction brochures, offering memorandums and pitch books
- Produce site plans, label aerials, re-touch photos, logos
- Design collateral material (e.g. site tour books, landing page graphics)
- Design invitations and collateral for special projects
- Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback
Qualifications
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- Minimum of one-year graphic design work experience
- Substantial working knowledge of appropriate software (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point)
- Technical and creative proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh OS X
QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience working with print medium is highly preferred. Experience working in a corporate environment, real-estate or finance industries are a plus. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
SALARY: $60,000 - $75,000 annually The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
