Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Manager located in Marianna, FL. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing fire protection system design projects, managing design teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with clients and installation teams. Day-to-day tasks include developing design plans, reviewing blueprints, managing project timelines, estimating, and providing technical guidance to team members. The Design Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and resource management to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire protection system design and project management
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Will purchase your preferred software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Ability to manage project timelines and resources effectively
