Design/Engineering/Product/Operations Lead SB - TATA Consultancy Services : Job Details

Job Summary: IT experience in Designing/Engineering/Product/Operations with general technical or management skills can apply for this role. Responsible for ensuring high-quality software by designing, developing, implementing, and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with multiple IT teams to improve product quality and then do the release and deployment and leading junior engineers. Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality assurance, including experience in test automation, and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, regression, and integration testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and other team members
