Design Engineering - Automation Engineer Design systems of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls for machines and test equipment utilizing knowledge of computer-aided design and applying knowledge of electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Requirements:

  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • 1-5 years' experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with the following:
    • Automated test and controls
    • LabVIEW programming
    • OrCAD Schematic Software
    • Robot Programming (Epson Robots a plus)
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, able to demonstrate the ability to manage difficult situations, able to balance team and individual responsibilities
  • Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
