Ing is the design authority and owner of the design bases. The organization focuses on the design of baseline modifications and design basis control and maintenance. Design integrity is maintained through effective configuration control of design output documents (i.e., specifications, calculations, drawings, test requirements, and procedures).. JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the design basis for each site and support maintenance of the licensing basis. Provide cost-effective modification designs when required to improve plant, system or equipment performance. Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, engineering, and other site organizations. Support safe, reliable operation by identifying and effectively resolving issues via the corrective action and work management processes. Develop engineering products in accordance with defined standards and procedures. Serve on outage engineering support teams as assigned.
