Tomorrow is working with a global brand consultancy in search of a Design Director to join their New York studio. This role is ideal for a senior-level creative with a refined design eye and a background in leading projects across brand, print, digital, and spatial platforms. You will champion design excellence, nurture a collaborative culture, and help guide the next generation of creative leaders.

What You'll DoProject Delivery & Design Execution
Oversee the setup and execution of design projects, ensuring the highest standards across key milestones.
Lead the design process across 2D, 3D, and digital platforms.
Maintain a strong awareness of the luxury market to ensure creative remains culturally and aesthetically elevated.
Creative Leadership & Advocacy
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to uphold and evolve the studio's creative vision.
Guide the creative output across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and brand goals.
Present work to clients with clarity and confidence, becoming a trusted voice in the room.
Champion a design culture that values artfulness, originality, and strategy.
Mentorship & Collaboration
Mentor designers across all levels through hands-on feedback, leadership, and example.
Partner with art directors, strategists, and producers to deliver cohesive and compelling outcomes.
Contribute to a studio culture of curiosity, challenge, and continuous improvement.
A portfolio of exceptional, strategically led design work.
Experience leading teams and presenting directly to clients.
A sophisticated understanding of design systems, brand identity, and campaign work.
A natural inclination to mentor, guide, and grow talent.
Strong communication and storytelling skills both visually and verbally.
Deep knowledge of contemporary design, cultural trends, and the luxury sector.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Brand identity systems.
Spatial and experiential design.
Typography and art direction.
Digital and print production.
Presentation and storytelling.
Cross-functional collaboration.
