Title: Design Director Resorts To: EVP, Brand Creative & Experience Location: Remote or Hybrid Salary Range: $120,000$140,000 Travel: Frequent travel required FLSA: Exempt Key Responsibilities: Create Design Guidelines: Develop comprehensive design standards, material libraries, and template packages that designers can use for any Boyne property. Think furniture catalogs, color palettes, room layouts, and finish specifications that work across different property types. Quality Control & Approval: Review all design plans, material selections, and furniture packages before they move forward to ensure they meet Boyne standards. You're the final checkpoint before anything gets built or purchased. Build Systems for Scale: Create processes, checklists, and documentation that allow our team to handle 100 projects annually without compromising quality.
