We are seeking candidates for a Transportation Project Design Director position with demonstrated experience on fast-paced transportation infrastructure projects. This Design Director role is a key member of our leadership team responsible for accomplishing HNTBs 4 for 4 performance objectives: quality work, on time, on budget, and to the clients satisfaction. This opportunity entails being responsible for leading the development and execution of the project management plan while building and maintaining effective and meaningful client relationships. This position serves as a project leader, responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of one or more mega ($5 M ) and/or super mega ($25 M ) projects, including technical aspects, operations, contracting, project controls, quality, risk, and change management.
