The Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC) is seeking a Deputy Title IX Coordinator & Assistant Director. This position assists the Title IX Coordinator with policy and procedure development and provides functional supervision for the grievance process pool. The position responds to employee, student, or visitor reports of sex discrimination, sex-based harassment, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic/dating violence, and stalking to provide complaint resolution and supportive measure options. The position coordinates the response process, provides advice on next steps, and assesses the need for referrals by working with campus partners including human resource representatives, law enforcement, threat managers, associate deans and provosts, and employee and labor relations. The position works with complainants and respondents throughout the response, complaint, and resolution process. The position serves as an adaptable resolution facilitator.
