Deputy Task Order Lead
CACI is seeking a Deputy Task Order Project Manager to support our Luke program. This role is part of our long-term strategic plan within the Enterprise IT Line of Business at CACI. Support a large and complex IT service contract delivering large-scale networks, IT Engineering, Custom and COTS Web and Application Development (ServiceNow, WordPress, custom apps), and customer support. This program Task Order is staffed by 100+ IT service resources, including subcontractors, focused on supporting critical enterprise and mission systems and capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the IDIQ Program Manager and Task Order Project Manager to help define the technical and business goals necessary to develop and deliver IT services and staffing.
- Assist in formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising and developing personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization.
- Support the management and oversight of Task Order contract personnel, ensuring the high-quality, successful completion of the scope of work and deliverables in compliance with the SOW.
- Provide the Sponsor COTR with frequent updates on risks, issues, dependencies, and program status, including the delivery of program CDRLs.
- Support the day-to-day management of the Task Order, assisting Managers and contributing to the development of strategic objectives to ensure long-term requirements are satisfied during the overall period of performance.
- Support the delivery of process improvements to enhance our delivery to the customer through automation and other means, helping the Government work more efficiently and modernly.
Qualifications include:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing various IT Services, such as; IT Project Management and IT implementation, cloud-based network solutions and Sponsor legacy infrastructure, 24x7 requirements covering Tier

The proposed salary range for this position is: $109,800 - $241,600
