Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a dynamic Deputy Program Manager to support a new initiative within our Cyber & Intelligence team. This opportunity involves partnering with a key client at the forefront of national defense-tasked with unifying cyberspace operations, enhancing cyber capabilities, and integrating top-tier cyber expertise across the DoD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Program Operations: Oversee the day-to-day direction and execution of program activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Monitor program metrics, conduct analysis, and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks and performance objectives.

  • Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and supervise both internal teams and subcontractors to maintain efficient project execution.

  • Track progress, identify and address discrepancies, and ensure all deliverables meet contractual obligations and task order requirements.

  • Review and contribute to financial reporting, including Estimate-To-Complete (ETC), funding utilization, and labor expenditure reports, to provide accurate status updates on project budgets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field

  • DAWIA Level I Program Management certification or PMP certification. #LI-SG1

Clearance: Must possess and active Top Secret /SCI with polygraph for consideration

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a program manager in programs or contracts supporting a cyber operations center.
