As a Deputy Operations Manager, you will:

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience related to the job description.
• Willingness to work part-time and on-call during the proposal process prior to award.

Additional requirements:

• Must be able to work on-site in Williamsburg, Kentucky. A Hybrid Schedule may be offered upon customer approval (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days telework).
• Preferred experience includes:
• Current and active Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret.
• Knowledge of union work sites and collective bargaining agreements.
• A four-year degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5-10 years managing up to 150+ personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Experience conducting oral presentations and working with US federal government or military personnel.
• Reliable transportation to the Williamsburg site.
