Department OverviewThe NYC Department of Design and Construction seeks to hire a Deputy Director to support the Human Resources and Staff Development, Recruitment and Retention unit. The division provides services and support to agency employees, promoting communication, transparency, and collaboration. The Recruitment and Retention unit supports staff needs and develops policies to maintain a high-quality workforce.
ResponsibilitiesUnder supervision of the Executive Director of Recruitment and Retention, the candidate will:
Candidates with 5-7 years in personnel management or data analysis, with leadership experience, strong communication, customer service, analytical skills, and attention to detail will be prioritized.
