Job Description :
In partnership with managers and department head:Represents the department and provides leadership role in partnership with the Department Head. Maintain current systems that respond to county initiatives and support employee implementation. Design, implement, and periodically assess administrative and operational abilities to respond to the multiple and diverse needs of six divisions. Respond to new county systems, initiatives, policies and procedures to ensure the departments responsiveness and compliance while representing and providing solutions to potential unique needs/issues that result. Create long-term financial strategies to support the organization's mission and goals. Work closely with management to prepare annual budgets, provide monthly reports, and represent the agency on administrative and financial matters to the County Administrator and Board of County Commissioners.
