The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader with a proven record in managing complex employee relations, ensuring compliance with ADA, FMLA, and EEOC regulations, while driving strategic process improvements and leading the coordination of recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience in an HR Manager or Business Partner role, extensive knowledge of State and Federal employment laws, and experience with Civil Service rules and Collective Bargaining negotiations and agreements.
