The City of Livonia is an Equal Opportunity Employer JOB RESPONSIBILITIES General Summary To perform responsible administrative work in the planning, organizing and implementation of Housing Commission activities including related special projects with an emphasis on capital improvements, program analysis, resident relations, service programs, and policy development. Supervisory Responsibilities. Supervision is performed over all Housing Commission personnel. Supervision is performed as determined by the Executive Director and in the absence of the Executive Director. Essential Job Functions Develop and implement Housing Commission Mission Statement, Goals and Objectives and programs outlined in the Agency Plan and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan.
