Deputy Director, Housing and Boulder County Housing Authority - Boulder County : Job Details

Countywide Strategy & Vision. In collaboration with the Housing Department Director, Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), BCHA Board, and community partners, develop and steward a countywide housing strategy that advances affordability, stability, and equitable access across the housing continuum. Translate policy direction into clear, measurable departmental goals, objectives, and performance metrics; regularly evaluate progress and adjust strategy. Lead cross-jurisdictional alignment with municipalities and regional partners to achieve shared housing outcomes. Partnerships, Policy & Advocacy. Represent BCHDincluding the Supportive Housing Services Department, Housing Partnership and Policy Team, and Division of Homeless Systems and Coordinated Responsein intergovernmental, regional, and community forums; advocate for policy solutions and resources that expand housing access and remove barriers.
