This Senior Management level position is responsible for leading, guiding, and managing the administrative and operational activities of the Facilities Management Operations Division (FM Operations and Parking Garage Operations) consisting of 108 employees and a $23.2 million annual budget. The primary function of this position is to plan, organize, prioritize, and establish goals and objectives for the Division. HIRING SALARY: $95,804 - $125,465 (Estimated Annual Salary Dependent upon experience) APPLICATION DEADLINE: SUNDAY AUGUST 17, 2025. Duties and Responsibilities Advise the Department Head on the status of facility maintenance, repairs, and Improvement projects, and oversee the implementation of FM Operational goals and strategies, providing measuredoutcomes.
