Responsibilities Supervises a staff of over 25 engineers and professionals. Leading and/or supervising transportation engineers and environmental scientists during pursuit and delivery of transportation projects. Plans, schedules, or coordinates the preparation of engineering documents and activities for multiple projects. Reviews operational procedures to ensure compliance with applicable company policies and performance measures. Oversees and participates in personnel actions, hiring, and performance reviews. Assigns and oversees responsibilities for business development, proposal writing and fee development. Manages multiple clients. Highly motivated to achieve business goals while at the same time investing and building for longer term growth and stability. Powerful implementation and execution skills.
