Job Description

The Deployment Manager oversees resource planning, allocation, and utilization to align talent with business needs. They act as strategic advisors, providing guidance to ensure resource management supports the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Forecasting: Conduct regular forecasting processes, compare schedules to actuals and budgets, and update schedules accordingly.
  • Project and Resource Allocation: Oversee assignment processes, facilitate resource scheduling, and support team and project planning.
  • Utilization Management: Use scheduling tools to forecast hours, monitor utilization, and address variances.
  • Business Relationship Management: Develop relationships with team members, act as main contact for resource questions, and drive standardized processes.
  • Reporting and Insights: Maintain accurate staff profiles, generate resource reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Other Responsibilities: Support regional managers, collaborate with HR and other teams, and assist with internal projects.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
    • At least 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm
    • Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
    • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and data analytics tools such as Power BI
    • Interest in strategic resource management and ability to work independently and in teams
