This position serves as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). The position has statewide responsibility for issues related to EEO, including implementing and maintaining the initiatives of the EEO plan, analysis of the departments workforce for diversity, investigations regarding discriminatory harassment claims, and civil rights complaints. The position is also responsible for developing and delivering training in the area of EEO.
