Position Summary

This position will provide professional-level administrative support in the Office of the Registrar and will be responsible for assisting the University Registrar and other Registrar staff with administrative functions for the department. The position oversees major processes in all functional areas of the Office of the Registrar including but not limited to: front desk supervision, student ID generation, budgeting, requisitions, logistics, registration, records maintenance, graduation eligibility, degree audit, class schedule building, curriculum and catalog maintenance, grading, and end-of term processing. The incumbent will be responsible for adhering to all relevant rules, regulations and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience

Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of work experience
