Job Description :

Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed and ongoing for a min of 6 months. great potential for perm hire
Preferred Schedule: M-F, 7:45am to 5pm (with 1-hr non paid lunch)
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - General Dentistry
Scope of Work: Bread and butter general dentistry, extractions, fillings, exams, endo Average number of patients seen per day? 13-15 PPD
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IN active license, DEA, BLS, 1 FTE ideally but open to 2 providers or even 3 providers if needed
EMR: OEN Dental
