Tulane Doctors is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Alexandria, LA. As a full or part time dentist at Tulane Doctors, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to our Infectious Disease patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Tulane Doctors Dental Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, closed on Friday's and weekends. Why Work With Us? We believe in: Open and respectful communication Interdisciplinary collaboration Lifelong learning and professional development Inclusive care that prioritizes our patients Evidence-based practices and innovative treatment approaches Compensation & Benefits Minimum Salary: $183,000 Medical, Dental, Vision*starts on 1st day of employment* Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health & Wellness Programs Paid Time Off: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Coverage Key Responsibilities Perform a full range of general dentistry procedures in a clinical setting Conduct dental prophylaxis and digital x-rays Deliver dental care to patients with infectious diseases and complex health conditions, following strict infection control protocols Collaborate closely with 3 medical specialists and case management teams to ensure coordinated patient care Document all treatments and procedures in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Participate in treatment planning and consultations to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental procedures, technologies, and safety practices Required Skills & Qualifications DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school Current and valid licensure to practice dentistry in Louisiana from the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working with patients who have infectious diseases or complex health needs Committed to providing compassionate, inclusive care Familiarity with digital dental technologies and electronic health records Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary medical teams Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ready to Make a Difference?
