Dental Services Assistant - DOCS Health : Job Details

Join our dedicated team as a Dental Services Assistant and make a difference in the lives of our Military Service members! We are looking for compassionate and skilled Dental Assistants to partner with us in administering dental exams, treatments, and X-rays. This role primarily involves weekend work, with occasional weekdays on an 'as needed' basis. Your efforts will contribute to health readiness services that ensure the medical and dental requirements are met for:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
• Administer Digital X-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Ensure effective sterilization of instruments.

Requirements:

• Active Dental Assistant Certification in the state (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA).
• Active Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting.
• Experience with sterilization processes.
• Basic administrative skills required.
• Preferred experience working with military personnel.
• Proficient in computer programs.
• Must have weekend availability.
