Overview Dental Receptionist Greenville Root Canal Specialist We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: Part Time, Monday - Thursday 7AM-12PM & Friday 7:30AM - 1:00PM Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workspaces to endure a safe and sanitary environment Regularly disinfecting surfaces, organizing supplies, and maintaining general cleanliness in accordance with company standards Supporting team efforts to uphold hygiene and cleanliness in all shared and individual areas Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1 years of customer service experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts and much more!
