Dental Practice Manager - Family Smiles of CommerceLocation: Commerce, TX Schedule: Monday through Friday Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 annually (depending on experience) About the Role Community Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations at our Family Smiles of Commerce location. This leadership position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, optimizing practice performance, and guiding a team of professionals in alignment with our values and operational standards. Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Regional Manager
- Supported by the Operations Director
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all non-clinical aspects of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and collections
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and an excellent patient experience
- Monitor and manage the practice budget while meeting performance goals
- Lead, coach, and develop the front office and back-office teams
- Support marketing initiatives and patient outreach to promote growth
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, Marketing, Clinical Support, Procurement, and our Support Center

- Previous dental or healthcare management experience is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with dental billing, insurance claims, and front-office operations is a plus
