About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator who excels in delivering concierge-level service within a sophisticated healthcare environment. This essential role blends personalized patient care, front office coordination, treatment presentation support, and marketing assistance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide a 5-star patient experience—from initial phone inquiry through appointment completion
- Answer and professionally manage all incoming patient calls and new patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments effectively and maintain a well-organized, productive daily calendar
- Coordinate new patient paperwork, ensuring smooth onboarding (via email, mail, and in-person assistance)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient lead tracking (training provided)
- Warmly greet patients, offer refreshments, and create a welcoming environment
- Serve as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams, ensuring seamless patient care
- Communicate proactively with referral offices, sending necessary correspondence and maintaining strong relationships
- Support marketing initiatives, patient events, and promotional activities
- Prepare and send personalized thank-you letters to patients and referring offices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental practice operations (front desk, patient care coordination, or treatment presentation required)
- Experience with complex treatment presentations strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, friendly, and welcoming presence with a team-oriented mindset
- Desire for long-term professional growth within a premier boutique practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in high-end hospitality or luxury service environment
- Experience with Open Dental software
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
