As a Dental Associate at Tend, you will be integral to our mission, delivering outstanding clinical care in a modern, well-equipped studio. From day one, you will have a full schedule of patients eager for your expertise, handling diverse and complex cases with the support of an experienced team dedicated to excellence. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing a wide range of dental services—from fillings and crowns to root canals and cosmetic procedures—using our state-of-the-art technology and efficient studio practices.
  • Conducting comprehensive examinations, formulating treatment plans, and educating patients about their oral health.
  • Managing multiple treatment rooms and maintaining a productive daily schedule that includes hygiene checks and emergency appointments.
  • Maximizing productivity by effectively completing treatment plans while ensuring high-quality care.
  • Mentoring and training dental assistants, while collaborating with hygienists to provide seamless patient care.
  • Partnering with studio leaders to achieve production goals and maintain clinical standards.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development through mentorship and training opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • A current, active dental license in the state where you will practice.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • At least 2 years of post-residency experience in a dental practice.
  • Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to embrace digital workflows.
  • Invisalign certification.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, including 4 days a week and 2 Saturdays per month.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods while performing clinical duties.
  • Manual dexterity for precise procedures and handling dental instruments.
  • Good vision for reading charts and interpreting radiographs.
  • Ability to maintain ergonomic positioning during patient care.
  • Occasional lifting of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Effective communication with patients and team members both in person and through technology.
