Dental Assistant Specialist - DOCS Health : Job Details

Join our team as a Dental Assistant Specialist and play a vital role in providing essential dental services to our Military Service members. We are looking for skilled professionals to partner with us in conducting dental exams, treatments, and X-rays, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday assignments.

• U.S. Army Reserve
• Army National Guard
• U.S. Navy Reserve
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve
• Air National Guard
• U.S. Air Force Reserve

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dental services in a mobile environment.
• Administer Digital X-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Ensure the sterilization of instruments.

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Assistant Certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) in your state.
• Current Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proficient in 4-handed chair-side assisting.
• Experienced in sterilization practices.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks.
• Preferred experience working with military personnel.
• Proficient in computer programs.
• Availability to work weekends.
