Periodontal Surgical Assistant - No Experience Needed | We Train You! Are you looking to start a career in healthcare or dentistry but don't have prior experience? We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and ambitious individual to join our periodontal surgical team. No dental background? No problem. We provide comprehensive in-house training and will cover the full cost of your radiation (X-ray) certification. What You'll Do:

• Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Learn and follow sterilization and infection control protocols
• Prepare rooms, instruments, and patients for procedures
• Support patient care throughout their visit
• Keep accurate notes and help maintain clinical flow
