DENTAL ASSISTANT - MOBILE SERVICES - DOCS Health : Job Details

Are you a dedicated Dental Assistant looking to make a difference? Join our dynamic team to provide essential dental services, including exams, treatment, and X-rays, to our Military Service members. This role primarily involves weekend work with occasional weekdays, and takes place in various locations in California on an as-needed basis.

We collaborate with various military branches, including the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve. Your contribution will play a pivotal role in maintaining the health readiness of our deployable military force.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental services in a mobile environment.
• Perform Digital X-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments.

Requirements:

• Active Dental Assistant Certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) in the state.
• Active Radiology Certification.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Ability to assist in a 4-handed chair-side setting.
• Experience with sterilization protocols.
• Familiarity with basic administrative functions.
• Prior experience working with military personnel is preferred.
• Proficient with relevant computer programs.
• Must be available on weekends.
