Demolition Clean Up Crew WorkersAutomation Personnel Services is seeking Demolition Clean Up Crew Workers for a Houma-based company that specializes in electronics restoration. In this position, you will focus on the careful dismantling and removal of buildings and structures. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently deconstruct these structures, often in preparation for new construction or redevelopment projects. This is a temporary 12-week project beginning on September 1. Pay Rate  $16.00 - $22.00 per hour  Schedule and Hours  Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Demolition Clean Up Crew Workers Duties and Responsibilities • Perform physically demanding demolition work, including lifting heavy materials, operating equipment, and working in challenging environmental conditions.• Utilize hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, or explosives to safely dismantle old or structurally unsound buildings.• Manage traffic by directing vehicles away from active demolition sites to ensure safety.• Communicate with heavy equipment operators by signaling to guide the proper positioning and operation of machinery.• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on tools, equipment, and machinery to keep them in safe working condition.• Inspect structures to identify key components and determine the most effective demolition techniques. Demolition Clean Up Crew Workers Qualifications & Requirements• Workplace Standards:

• Drug- and alcohol-free; no smoking on the property
• A positive, professional attitude is required
• Must bring lunch daily; leaving the job site during shifts is not allowed

• Dress Code & Required Equipment:

• Long-sleeve shirts (gray or navy blue, no graphics)
• Durable long pants (no holes or distressing)
• Steel-toe work boots
• Safety gear: helmet, glasses, gloves, and dust mask
• Tools: box knife and hammer

• Pre-Employment Requirements:

• I-9 employment verification
• 10-panel drug screening
• Background check
• Lift test
• Safety assessment

• Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification (a plus)
• Bilingual (a plus)
