Demo Center Manager - Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation : Job Details

The Demo Center Manager oversees daily operations of the Big Sky Resort Demo Center and supports demo rentals across all rental locations. This role is focused on delivering premium guest experiences through exceptional product knowledge, equipment care, and team leadership. You'll manage fleet inventory, maintain high performance standards, and ensure that guests are outfitted with the best gear for their mountain experience.

• Lead and train team members on guest service, equipment fitting, and product knowledge

• Maintain demo gear in peak condition in coordination with the repair team

• Monitor equipment usage and enforce risk management practices

• Handle warranty issues and maintain vendor communication

• Coordinate with retail team on demo fleet availability and restocking

• Experienced and passionate skier

• Minimum 2 years in a rental or retail environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, including navigating stairs while carrying skis, snowboards, or boxes

• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead regularly

• Capable of completing daily store maintenance tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning
