Position Overview:

Lead the Demand Planning process for CPS North America by tracking and creating demand plans, collaborating closely with Customer Service Managers, Supply Planning, Finance teams, and other Supply Chain Services functions (P&P and CS), Bottlers, and Operating Unit partners.

What you'll do for us

  • Gather information from OUs to develop concentrate sales demand plans (RE, RS, BP) to inform business decisions, supporting activities such as S&OPs, Rolling Estimates, Business Planning, BCP, and others. Analyze these plans in detail, understanding demand drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to SC SS and Plant leadership.
  • Participate in implementing new tools and processes with CPS, SCS, and OUs, such as IBP, ORI, and Product Rationalization.
  • Ensure demand planning processes are executed accurately in connection with CPS plants and OUs.
  • Validate weekly/monthly demand plans in IBP and maintain master data accuracy within the system.
  • Report on demand KPIs, conduct root cause analyses, and implement improvement actions to positively impact downstream processes and global KPIs like OTIF and Inventory Losses.
  • Integrate with the regional Demand Planning team as part of the Supply Chain Services team, driving process improvements, managing key initiatives, and ensuring standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Establish routines with Customer Service, Bottlers, and OU stakeholders to collaboratively develop short- and long-term demand plans, identify issues, and improve demand signal quality. This includes S&OP demand reviews, CPFRs, and related routines.
  • Support plant teams in managing detailed demand requirements to facilitate effective planning for immediate and long-term needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering.

Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience: 5+ years in Customer Demand, Budget, or Supply Planning, with strong business acumen in North American Supply Chain and Demand Forecasting.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning, IBP, SAP, Excel, Power BI; analytical and financial skills; demand management techniques; statistical skills.

Competencies: Attention to detail, relationship building, teamwork, planning, communication, strategic understanding, and business acumen.
