The Demand Planner is responsible for sales planning, managing goals and performance, and driving business operations through the sales of PV modules and systems. Reporting to the Head of Residential Business, the role is based in Irvine, California, with travel up to 20%.

• Analyze PV market trends and customer data
• Set and manage business goals for the US market
• Monitor performance and conduct data analysis
• Manage sales and operations data to extract insights
• Coordinate with headquarters, sales entities, and manufacturing facilities across multiple countries
• Assist in strategic market expansion and revenue growth planning
• Develop and refine demand forecasts at various levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy
• Support supply planning with inventory strategies
• Communicate action plans with sales and operations teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 3 years of sales or sales planning experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive pressures
• Must be bilingual in Korean
• Willingness to travel at least 20%
• Comfortable with external communication including presentations and negotiations
