ITCO Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and manage demand forecasts, collaborate with various departments, and support supply chain processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.

• Generate 36-month sales and supply forecasts based on market trends, seasonality, and other commercial data.
• Manage the demand review process collaboratively with sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Execute the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process with internal vendors.
• Develop constrained sales plans considering supply constraints and new product launches.
• Support annual sales budgeting and quarterly estimates.
• Manage procurement, purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels using MRP tools.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by providing KPI reports and supply status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, product management, and vendors to establish supply plans.
• Support new product introductions by ensuring availability of seeds and resources.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Extensive knowledge of MPS, MRP, and CPFR in manufacturing and purchasing environments.
• Proficiency in Excel-based planning systems and familiarity with ERP systems like Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification from APICS is a plus.
