About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Lead Generator to drive our outbound marketing efforts via email and social media. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), craft compelling outreach sequences, and monitor and optimize campaign performance to generate leads and revenue. This role requires a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing in the software industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will work with leadership to define ICP, develop targeted messaging, and implement scalable outbound strategies that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the ICP.
  • Develop outbound strategies, including segmentation and messaging.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Create personalized outreach sequences for different buyer personas and stages.
  • Manage campaign deployment from content creation to scheduling.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Analyze key metrics (open, response, conversion rates) to assess effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and timing.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights.

Tool Management & Integration:

  • Manage outbound tools like CRM (HubSpot, Creatio), email platforms (SmartLead, Apollo), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation tools.
  • Ensure seamless tool integration for streamlined workflows.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or B2B sales development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Skills

  • Proven success managing outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment.
