We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating exceptional vehicle delivery experiences. Romeo Auto Group was founded in South Glens Falls in 1982 and opened it's first location in Kingston in 1999. For over 40 years, we've been exceeding customer's expectations and have many long-time employees who have had successful careers with our company. What you'll do:

• Guide customers through the features and operations of their new vehicle
• Provide hands-on support with technology setup, including phone pairing and infotainment systems
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clear understanding of their vehicle's capabilities and functions
• Deliver a personalized, informative, and engaging experience that builds trust and satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with a knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms
• A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in automotive, retail, or customer service a plus
• A valid driver license with a clean driving history
