**Job ID** 27153 **Date posted** 01/25/2022 **Location:** Auburndale, Florida The Delivery & Receivin g specialist is responsible for inventory management , including product placement, loading product for deliveries, and receiving product in from vendors or as customer returns. The Delivery & Receiving S pecialist will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy in day- to - day operations as well as developing the product technician team to ensure service is exceedi ng customers expectations. The Delivery & Receiving S pecialist will also assist in merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating products . This team member may occasionally review lease agreements with the customer during delivery . During all duties, the Delivery & Receiving Specialist will serve as an ambassador of Aarons with a goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensur e s high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience Offload s , install s, and demonstrate s merchandise applying product and customer experience training to ensure an exceptional customer experience Performs other reasonable duties requested by management Education and Experience : Required Skills and Competencies : Strong organization al skills Able to work with all levels of management Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this classification.
