Grid Dynamics is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, who will take leadership of global capability, leaders, and managers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise delivery on multiple projects while maintaining healthy margins and managing risks and issues
• Serve as an escalation point for both the internal team and the client
• Define new projects and represent delivery organization during the pre-sales process
• Draft SOWs and contracts
• Maintain productive relationships with the client's engineering stakeholders
• Present holistic delivery status to VP-level stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 8+ of project management or delivery management background
• 1+ year of managing other managers
• eCommerce experience preferred
• Consulting background preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field is required.
• Ability to visit customer's office in San Francisco or San Jose up to 3 days a week.
