Summary:

The Delivery Manager (DM) will be responsible for leading project teams with a focus on the technical aspects to meet customer requirements supporting the US Coast Guard Product Support Service Desk.

May be eligible for telework part time at the government's discretion.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure that the technical requirements are met for User Account Management, testing, system transitions, and development of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Train and mentor PSSD analysts to ensure they have proper training to perform effectively.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams in complex, mission-critical environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of service desk operations, IT infrastructure, and software tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree OR 10 years of call center management experience.
  • Preferably, ITIL, HDI, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Privileged User Management Program (PUMP), Windows, Networks, BMC Remedy, BMC Smart Reporting, and Oracle.
  • Minimum 7+ years experience with Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems, Automatic Call Distribution Systems, or other application help desk support technologies.
  • Public Trust (Tier 2 Investigation).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of US Coast Guard operations, policies, or federal government processes is a plus.
