Job Description:

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. The role also involves ensuring delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

LOB Job Summary:

Generative AI offers an exciting opportunity to derive insights from data, driving revenue growth, efficiencies, and improved business processes. The Technology team works closely with Global Markets Business, Quantitative Strategies & Data Group (QSDG), and Platform teams to design and build the Global Markets Gen AI platform, which supports various use cases leveraging proprietary and open-source models. The platform will operate on a complex infrastructure landscape including cloud services, on-premises GPU compute, no-SQL databases, vector databases, microservices, batch schedulers, and user interfaces.

This role involves:

  • Performing business analysis and defining business and functional requirements for Gen AI projects and deliverables.
  • Managing release/change processes for Gen AI applications and services.
  • Planning and coordinating project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams.
  • Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating cross-team syncs, providing visibility into deliverables' health, and managing risks and standards compliance.
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate routines supporting delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to support timely deliverables.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules.
  • Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with deliverable requirements.
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Define and articulate business and functional requirements for Gen AI technology deliverables.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • Support financial management and project tracking, including key achievements and audit coordination.
  • Develop strategic thinking for project reporting and management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business analysis and project management experience.
  • 1–5 years of Release/Change management experience at the bank (ITSM, Release Manager, JIRA, PPRT, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and software delivery practices.
  • Experience in financial program management and project management within a top-tier investment bank.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and ability to multitask across teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Pay Transparency: Salary range $78,200 – $157,500 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Includes discretionary incentive and benefits.
